Session completed
Experience gained, mood boosted, streak extended. The dragon celebrates, and the minutes join your statistics.

Drakonect pauses the apps you pick for the duration of a focus session. Thirty minutes is enough to hatch your egg, and nothing ever leaves your iPhone.
No one decides to waste an hour. The thumb reaches on its own, and the hour slips by anyway. It is not a lack of willpower: apps are designed for exactly this.
You unlock for one specific reason, and put the phone down twenty minutes later without remembering what it was.
Three minutes here, eight there. They leave no trace, until the final tally arrives at the end of the day.
You have to win the same argument every time, and willpower runs out much faster than temptation.
A list of rules, a timer, a guilt-inducing reminder: nothing that makes you want to stick with it.
What is missing is a reason to hold on. Not just another warning.
Drakonect pauses the apps you have chosen, and tells the story of this time differently: while you focus, your egg hatches, your dragon comes to life and grows in its den.
Reclaimed time becomes an adventure.
No lectures, no shame counters. An interrupted session does not undo what you have already achieved: the time you put in still counts, and a short session is enough to start again.

Drakonect relies on Apple’s Screen Time framework. You grant permission once, and everything else takes just three moves.
Individual apps or entire categories, selected by you in Apple’s own picker. Drakonect never learns their names.
30, 45, 60, 120 minutes, or any length you like starting from 15 minutes. Your chosen distractions stay paused for the entire duration.
It tinkers, cooks, or reads in its den. Every completed minute counts towards its experience, its mood, and your streak.
The story begins with an egg placed in a den. It does not open on its own: it opens with your minutes.

At first
Resting in its nest, in the center of the den. Nothing happens until the first session begins.
15 minutes
A bright line runs across the shell. It is the minimum duration of a reliable session, and already a visible mark.
25 minutes
Light shines through the shell. Something is moving inside.
30 minutes
The shell gives way and the baby dragon appears in the den. Your first session is completed, your companion is here.
These durations reflect the app’s current balancing and may change with future updates.
Your companion does not change shape randomly. It progresses through four stages, and each one is earned with the time you take back.

The starting point, in its nest. It cracks during your first session and hatches after thirty minutes of focus.
It settles into the den, reacts to your daily pet, tinkers through your sessions, and follows the mood of your week.
Its silhouette stretches, the wings open. The second great step of the adventure.
The final form, the one that watches over the valley at sunset. The culmination of your accumulated sessions.
Everything Drakonect adds serves the same purpose: making reclaimed time pleasant to look at, and making you want to start again tomorrow.
It tinkers at its workbench, brews something, leafs through a book. These are not decorations: they are the minutes you just reclaimed, brought to life.

The apps and categories you choose, paused for the entire session by the Screen Time framework.

An adjustable target in minutes per day. Reaching it validates your streak and boosts your dragon’s mood.
Downcast, Calm, Joyful. It rises with your sessions and daily care, and drifts down gently when you are away.
Every day you reach your goal extends the streak. Your record is kept, even after a break.
A consumable protection that preserves your streak on a missed day. One bad day should not erase three weeks of effort.
Time reclaimed, completed sessions, goals reached, activity over the last seven days. What was achieved, not what was missed.
Your treats, shields, scale colors, and habitats gathered in one single place.
Flame, Emerald, Sapphire, Amethyst. Purely aesthetic: no color makes you progress any faster.
Den decors to unlock to change your companion’s atmosphere.
Two gestures a day, no more: one pet and one treat. The log keeps track of your completed days.
They boost the mood and provide a little experience. Earned by leveling up, they are never strictly necessary.
Decorative elements only. Nothing there speeds up experience or artificially lifts the mood.
You open a paused app: it does not open. Instead, Drakonect’s screen reminds you what your dragon is doing, and how much time is left.

Experience gained, mood boosted, streak extended. The dragon celebrates, and the minutes join your statistics.

It happens to everyone. In standard mode, completed time remains earned. Your dragon stays with you for the next session.
Drakonect does not measure how you use your phone. It only adds up the focus minutes you have initiated yourself.
The numbers above are an example, not a user average. In the app, reclaimed time is an estimate based on your completed sessions: Drakonect never measures what you browse.
Digital discipline only makes sense if it does not cost you your privacy. Here is exactly how Drakonect works.
Only the Screen Time framework can pause apps on iPhone. Drakonect asks for this permission solely to apply the blocks you configure.
The selection is made in Apple’s own picker. The system returns an opaque reference: Drakonect does not record the names of the apps you choose.
No content, no pages, no messages. The app counts focus minutes, and nothing else.
Level, mood, streaks, and statistics are saved locally. A shared app group allows Screen Time extensions to know your session state, nothing more. You can erase everything from your profile.
Subscriptions go through Apple and RevenueCat, our subscription management provider: the privacy policy details their role precisely.

Nothing that can be bought makes you progress faster. The Ancestral Bond unlocks forms, colors, Deep Focus mode, and environments: progression itself remains purely earned by your focus sessions.

Short answers first. The privacy policy and support page go into detail.
Fortress Mode is a strict focus mode unlocked with the Ancestral Bond. Once launched, it prevents any premature unpause or cancellation until the timer expires—ideal for deep study and deep work sessions when doomscrolling temptations peak.
The free version allows focus sessions up to 45 minutes, perfectly covering the Pomodoro method (25 min) and daily study blocks. The Ancestral Bond unlocks unlimited marathon sessions (1 h, 2 h, and beyond).
Drakonect relies on Apple’s Screen Time framework (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity). It is the iOS system itself that pauses apps, based on the selection and duration you have defined. No shady network settings, no configuration profiles.
No. Drakonect never sees the content you browse: no pages, no messages, no history. The app only counts the focus minutes of the sessions you start.
Yes, it is entirely your call. You select specific apps or entire categories in the picker provided by Apple. The system returns an opaque reference, not the plain text list of your apps.
In standard mode, there is no penalty: you can pause if needed, and completed time remains yours if it meets the minimum threshold. In Fortress (Deep Focus) mode, the session stays locked until the countdown ends to preserve your discipline.
A first crack appears after 15 minutes of focus, the cracks spread around 25 minutes, and the egg hatches at 30 minutes. A single first session of 30 minutes is therefore enough to birth your baby dragon. These durations correspond to the current balancing and may change.
Every day you reach your minutes goal extends the streak. A missed day breaks it, unless you use a streak shield. Your best streak remains displayed in the stats, even after a break.
Not yet. Drakonect is currently an iPhone app, built around Apple’s Screen Time framework, from iOS 17. An Android version is planned.
No date has been announced yet. We prefer not to promise a schedule we could not keep. There is no Google Play listing yet, and no waitlist is open.

Yes, and there is no way around it. Without this permission, no app can be paused on iPhone: it is a system rule, not a Drakonect choice. The permission is requested once, and can be withdrawn at any time in Settings, Screen Time.

A den, a nest, an intact shell. What happens next depends on the first session.
